It was founded in 1998 by Mr. Sunil Diwan, who has prominent presence in the industry since 1992.

With stringent guidelines of RBI and increased focus on compliance, up-to-date and complete customer records maintenance has become mandatory for all clients.

We assist clients to maintain these records. Currently, we provide Document Collection service for Post Loan Disbursement Documents like Insurance and RC.

We specialize in soft collections and are currently managing largest Bucket-X and Bucket-1 allocations PAN India for clients like HDFC Bank, Kotak Prime for various products.

Soft Collections:

We provide tele-calling and field support for flows collection that include First bill default, Bucket-X and Bucket-1:

  • Make reminder calls/Mails/SMS/Visits to the customers for their dues
  • Encourage customers to make payments directly for their dues
  • Arrange for pickups
  • Assist customers with billing and service issues
  • Help customers to resolve their issues with clients

Domestic Calls Support:

We provide tele-calling support for value added services and other services of our clients. Currently, the tele-calling setup includes:

  • Appointment Fixing: Outbound calls to generate appointments for pick-up process
  • Awareness Calls: Go Green (calls to promote bills through email over paper bills) and ECS (Calls to promote Electronic bill clearing services)
  • Inbound call support to manage leads generated from marketing activities conducted by our clients
  • Technical Support: Technical support provided to customers of our telecom clients to help them use services effectively

Customer Relationship Management:

  • We enhance the experience of clients customers by means of courtesy calls, awareness calls and welcome visits
  • We execute marketing campaigns of clients through SMS, Bulk Emails, Pamphlet Distribution and Canopies
  • We provide clients with detailed analysis of customer interactions and feedback to assist them in formulating marketing and selling strategies
